• We do not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.
• Employers are responsible for verifying the qualifications and suitability of candidates.

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least be 18 years old.
• Job seekers or Independent contractors must provide accurate and truthful information in their applications and portals/dashboard.
• Employers must comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Users may need to create an account to access certain services.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• We are not responsible for unauthorised access to your account due to negligence.

5. Job Listing & Applications

• We reserve the right to reject misleading or fraudulent job posts.
• Employers must ensure job postings are accurate and comply with employment laws.
• Job seekers agree that their applications may be shared with potential employers.

6. Payment & Fees

• Employers may be required to pay a placement fee of 13% from a candidate's first six(6) months salary.
• Payment terms & refund policies are outlined in separate agreements.

7. Privacy & Data Use

• Our privacy policy explains how we collect, store, and process user data.
• By using our services, you consent to our use of your dataas descibed in the privacy policy.

8. Liability Insurance

• We do not provide liability insurance for job seekers, employers, contractors or any employment engagements.
• Employers are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance coverage for employees or contractors hired through our platform.
• We are not liable for any claims related to workplace incidents, discrimination, wrongful termination, or contractual disputes.

9. Disclaimer Warranties

• We do not guarantee job placements, employer reliability, or hiring outcomes.
• We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, disputes arising from job placements.
• Users agree to hold us harmless against any claims related to employment decisions.

11. Termination of Access

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms.
• Users can request account deletion by contacting us.

12. Third Party Intergrations

• Our platform may be intergrate with third party services (e.g, Payment processors and background check providers).
• We are not responsible for the action, policies, or failures of third party services.
• Users must comply with the terms of third party service providers when using their services.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes between users (job seekers and employers), must be resolved between the parties directly. We are not responsible for mediation.
• If disputes arise between users and UE Agency, we encourage resolution through negotiation before legal action.
• Any leagl claims must be submitted to arbitration in Republic of South Africa and will be resolved under applicable arbitration laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, and continuned use of our services implies acceptance of changes.

15. Gorvening Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
